Aromas of passion fruit, green melon, and hints of fresh-cut grass all dance on the nose. The palate is linear and intense, with similar flavors that are joined by notes of kiwi and key lime finish.

Pairing | Rombauer Chardonnay, Carneros
Aromas of ripe peach and melon are found on the nose, interspersed with bright citrus notes. These continue to the palate where they are met by flavors of creamy vanilla and buttery nuances on the long finish.

Roasted Beet & Goat Cheese Salad
Roasted Red & Golden Beets, Crispy Goat Cheese Fritter, Arugula, Honey, Herb Vinaigrette, Toasted Pecans
Pairing | Rombauer Merlot, Napa Valley
Blackberry and ripe plum aromas lift out of the glass, mingling with decadent fresh pie crust, cinnamon, and other baking spices. Hints of vanilla follow ripe blackberry and spice.

FOURTH COURSE
Prime New York Strip
Espresso Dry Rubbed with Chimichurri & Loaded Crispy Mashed Potato
Pairing | Rombauer Cabernet, Napa Valley
The nose is marked by interwoven, intense aromas of red currant, mint, and warm pie crust. These continue to the palate, where they support concentrated flavors of blackberry and cassis.

Toasted Coconut Cake

Sip, shop, and stroll Saddle Creek at Pour & Explore on Saturday, September 21, from 5 til 8 PM! Enjoy a wine tasting, live music from the Side Street Steppers and Strooly, live art by B.Sartain Creative, and more while meeting the adoptable dogs rescued by Streetdog Foundation!

Tickets are $30 in advance and $35 the day of the event. 100% of event proceeds are donated directly to Streetdog Foundation!

You must be 21+ to participate in Pour & Explore. This is a RAIN OR SHINE event. There are no refunds on tickets.

How does Pour & Explore work?
  1. Purchase your ticket(s) NOW!
  2. Come to Saddle Creek South (7509 Poplar Avenue) on Saturday, September 21, at 5PM.
  3. Head to the event check-in next to lululemon and have your ID ready! There will be two lines – one for folks who purchased tickets online, and one for folks buying a day-of ticket for $35 each (if there are any available!).
  4. Get your ID checked and receive your wristband, tasting cup, and event map!
  5. Sip, shop, and stroll Saddle Creek until 8PM. Your ticket gives you access to sample each wine once. A shuttle bus will safely transport you from Saddle Creek South to Saddle Creek North, and back again.
  6. Enjoy live music, live art, meeting adoptable doggies, and more!
  7. Hungry? Grab a bite to eat at one of our restaurants!
